Anemones on 640 grammes rough water colour paper (Arches)
Using wet on dry and dry on dry.
These little anemones have been bright and full for an entire week.
I am not sure whether or not to leave the painting as finished or to add one or two more anemones as there are more in the vase.
Sorry not to have written for so long. I thought it might be fun if you would like to have your water colours of flowers on my blog instead of my art. Let me know, also if you need any art tips please visit my website www.paintprovencewithtess.com.
See you soon!
I forgot to mention spring is on the way, the buds are forming on the almond trees and already on the coast the mimosa is bright yellow the cherry trees bright pink and the almond blossom pristine white. Quite beautiful, with the blossom and new leaves hope springs eternal.
Ahh, Tess that is beautiful! And you know me… I never know when to stop!
Ah ha so do I stop or carry on? We will find out tomorrow lovely Sue
